CONTRACT BUILDING
We provide a comprehensive service as a contractor to both small and large developers. We manage a large team of qualified, skilled and enthusiastic craftsmen who can work alongside other specialist contractors.
We are able to supply both small and large teams dependent on the size of the development and can operate within the stated schedules.
We also run our own supervisory service ensuring our carpenters are working to the exacting standards we expect, thereby taking the responsibility away from the site foreman.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We can also operate in a full project management capacity. We will provide a full team of not only our carpentry experts but also contract-in other tradesmen and specialists in order to complete the project.
We will project manage the whole development, ensuring the build quality exceeds the standards required by the developer and comply to all the latest health and safety regulations which will ensure all the necessary certification.
